Staying Stopped Programme
At 6 Addiction we believe that a 90 day commitment is the best and most effective treatment for someone suffering from addiction that will get you on the road to recovery.

How it Works

Our abstinence based Staying Stopped Programme is designed for those who do not wish to go to rehab; for those who have tried fellowship meetings but have not felt able to engage with the programme and finally those who may have had a bad experience and ended up back in the cycle of addiction.

Our programme prepares you in a way which suits you, with support from our registered mental health nurses, 12 weeks of daily contact with a Mentor who has conquered their own addictions, 12 sessions of weekly counselling to learn more about the issues you are having and access to our peer support team and online community meeting.

The above support is available and all we ask you is to attend 90 fellowship, (AA, NA or GA), meetings.

The Mentor is there to support you in the process of 90 meetings in 90 days, answer any questions, encourage you to look out for similarities in the emotions and situations of those attending those meetings and be there to lean on. They will impart their knowledge and experience to make you feel as comfortable as possible. This is undertaken at the speed you need to ensure your recovery has a solid foundation from where you can rebuild your life and relationships.
